Pictures: Comes as shown in pictures different views of one vela disco lights (leds) dk-7000 boombox only Concerns: The boom box has wear as shown in pictures. I try to clean it a little, but still a little dusty in some places. There are scratches and scrapes throughout on the exterior plastic. The speaker grill has some paint rubbing off on them. More so on the right speaker. Some pitting on the metal looking silver finish on handle and some of the buttons. I rub a little with my finger nail seems to come clean, but not sure if it will clean entirely. The boombox's radio does work. All the bands work. The original antenna was broken, so I replaced it. The original had a dark color on the base stage. I changed it to a standard silver color one. The single volume control is one sided as in the left side. The right side can play if you hold the control knob down. And sometimes its good but its a little finicky. I'm guessing loose solder joint or the slider needs a bit more cleaning. I sprayed contact cleaner to try clean it and is better than it was. The cassettes sort of works but a lot of wow and flutter and sometime just stop all together. the B side is worse than A. The B side has a problem with its eject mechanism and the door not really attached on the right side. You actually need to help it to eject with your finger nail while pressing the eject button. when it opens the door droops on the right side. You experience may vary so I'm not guaranteeing them at all working cause of the state the cassette players are in. Most times it just a belt but what ever it maybe mechanical or electrical its sold parts or repair The disco LED lights are the coolest thing about this boom box and they do work well. The only thing, there is one light in the center of the left speaker that doesn't work. I'm not sure if its replaceable or not? I don't think that it's an LED cause of nature of the lighting seen on the right speaker. Probably an incandescent (filament) bulb. The boom box sounds great. It's unusual and unique due to the LED lighting. You need to be handy for this one. Knowledge of cassette repair and electronics is a plus. This would make a great addition to anyone's collection of vintage boomboxes. Any things that i've may have over looked or haven't tested, well Sold parts or repair. Sold as described. https://offerup.com/redirect/?o=aHR0cHM6Ly95b3V0dS5iZS9jaDRLQmk0THp5Yw==
