Jake’s attention to detail and willingness to help made a big difference. I had made a few calls in the day before and the other parts person Chris was also very helpful.

Collin made the purchase painless, Shai got my first service sorted out, Kevin managed to get my bike back to me in time for the weekend. Their parts department is also amazing with Jake hooking me up with a great sounding exhaust. Can't say enough good things.

Robb at Magnum Motorsports is what I want all salespeople to be like whenever I go to a motorcycle dealership! He was very informative and extremely welcoming to my family and me. I'm a newly licensed rider and walked in to check out the Svartpilen 401. Robb let me check it out, and told me I was free to jump on and check the ride height and seating position.
