This speech of furniture is still fairly new. It has no rips or tears. The leather is in perfect shape. The cost over $2,000 at Cardi's furniture a few years ago. It has a few burn holes around the coffee holders and the fabric has some stains. (nothing a cover won't hide.) Other than that, you are getting a bargain. Bet you can get $500 for it.
