Trek Transport longtail cargo bike

Trek Transport - 43cm or 17" frame - Medium frame. Rides like a standard bike, but has a large cargo rack and stouter frame. Recently refurbished with new: -wheelset/hubs, larger tires, disc brakes, shifters/brakes and cables, crankset, chain ring, derailleurs, cassette, seat post Rear rack is rated at 100 pounds, but it definitely can handle more than than that. It is missing one right rear folding cargo support. I was going to fab up a replacement piece out of shelving tube from the hardware store, but it turned out that I never actually used it anyway and the rear shelf and panniers work just fine for everything I need.
