Clean title in hand. Cash only. Buy as is 6000obo. Bought as a project for this spring and unfortunately messed up my knee so I can't finish working on it. Tow ready, but definitely needs some work. Some water damage. Roof needs resealed and a vent cover needs replaced.(Included) Electrical works, heat works, not sure about water, though I was told it did by the previous owner. Hookups work, all tow lights work as well. Must be able to tow yourself. Ball hitch not included. I will include all of what I have that I was intending on getting around to.
