Round stainless steel weighing platform with fingerprint resistant finish. Built-in high-precision load sensors, quickly and accurately response 0.1oz/1g increment when adding ingredients, its measuring range up to 11 lbs (5kg). Advanced sensor technology delivers quick, accurate responses. Both the Unit and Tare buttons are separated from the actual weighing platform, which prevents movement on the weighing platform when pressing either button ensuring the highest possible accuracy. By pressing the UNIT button, consumers can realize the unit conversion between matric unit and imperial one for both weight and volume. The cycle is: lb:oz / water fl’oz / milk fl’oz / gram / water ml /milk ml. Tare button subtracts container weight to zero out the scale so you only measure what you want. The scale has both modes of “manual off” and “auto off” (occurs if no operation on the scale for about 3 seconds) to save power. Cleaning, Care & Maintenance: Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse the scale in water or use chemical/abrasive cleaning agents. All plastic parts should be cleaned immediately after contact with fats, spices, vinegar and strongly flavored/ colored foods. Avoid contact with acids citrus juices. Always use the scale on a hard ,flat surface. Do not use on carpet.
