Jason is a stand up guy.  I wasn't able to get over to see the car until the weekend.  Before I could get down there an engine light came on. Jason took it to the Audi dealership and paid $1000 to fix it and still honored the original quoted sales price.  Totally trust Jason and would use again.

Jason is AWESOME! After searching high and low in this horrible san antonio auto market, we mistakenly parked at Quality Auto Group and just walked in the gate to take a gander. I’ve been looking for good reliable vehicle that doesn’t break the bank now about a month. Every time I thought I found something I go and look at it and the pictures or description was completely off.  I found this great car that was too good to be true from quality auto group. Went there to look at it and it did not disappoint. The car was exactly as advertised from pictures to description. It drive absolutely perfect and was priced below every car in its category.  Jason helped me out and made the device smooth and fast. I will be going back there to buy another vehicle for my daughter next month. I checked out most of their cars and they look clean.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but Jason's actions have left me no choice. As a college student seeking an affordable car, I purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra from his dealership via OfferUp for $4999, expecting to pay around $7000 total with title and registration. Initially, the car seemed fine, but by the third day, I noticed issues: the car started to hover and jump faintly. By the fourth day, it rapidly jumped in and out of the RPM's and would not accelerate past 60, nearly causing an accident on the highway. A mechanic diagnosed a faulty CVT transmission, with replacement costs exceeding the car's purchase price ($5200 for used, $5600 for new). My aunt and I visited Jason, hoping for a resolution. Despite our polite explanation and appeal to his sense of customer service and decency, Jason refused to help, hiding from us and then falsely claiming we were harassing him, even calling the police to remove us from his property. He also lied about the circumstances of the test drive,
saying that "My mom drove it and Loved it and she
could have taken it to a mechanic to get it diagnosed before signing your name." (He only gave my mom 15 minutes.)
The following day, my mom's husband contacted Jason, and Jason offered the Penn
warranty that protects car buyers from high repair bills. This included covering transmission costs. To purchase this warranty, I had to pay $800 plus a $100 deductible. I accepted the offer and, a week later, filed a claim. The adjusters inspected my car and subsequently called to inform me that my claim was denied due to a pre-existing condition, meaning I would have to pay out of pocket. Once again, | felt deeply hurt and stressed, unsure of how I would come up with the money to pay for the transmission.
After a week of deliberation, I finally emailed Jason through his website, and he quickly responded. To make a long story short, he replied to me that there was nothing he could do and to stop contacting him (Messages are attached). This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel it's important to advise potential customers of the risks of buying from this dealer. You might think you are getting a great deal and that his dealership is trustworthy because of its 4.5 star rating and mostly positive feedback, but do not be FOOLED! If you are in a situation of having to repair the vehicle he sold you then he and the Penn warranty are not going to help you. HE SELLS LEMON VEHICLES! Sadly I can’t leave any videos. If I find out how to I will. (I’ve been without my car longer then I’ve had my lemon vehicle)
