2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD

Selling my 2003 Chevy 2500HD with the LB7 Duramax diesel and Allison transmission. This truck has 265,000 miles, a clean title, and is a solid, reliable rig. It’s not pretty, but it gets the job done, great for work, towing, ranch use, or daily driving with some TLC. --- What’s Good: 6.6L LB7 Duramax – runs strong Allison 1000 transmission – shifts smooth 4x4 (low works, 4-hi currently not engaging — wiring issue suspected) Clean title Starts, runs, and drives reliably Good tires Solid frame Great power, tows no problem --- What Needs Work: Exterior is rough (dents, scratches, tailgate doesn’t latch well) Driver’s door doesn’t close perfectly Hood doesn’t open/close easily Cracked windshield Shifter is broken, currently using a bar under the steering wheel (works fine but should be replaced) Coolant leak present (still runs and drives, hasn’t overheated) --- Notes: This truck has been reliable and strong for me. It's not a showpiece, but it’ll do the work all day long. Would be perfect for someone who doesn’t mind fixing the cosmetic stuff or just needs a tough diesel truck that runs.
