Description

This is a former Uhaul truck box. 16 ft long, 8 ft wide, 9 ft high. It is enclosed aluminum panels that I sprayed 1.5 inches of foam insulation inside and to the roof. Installed osb plywood to the walls inside and outside. Inside was taped and painted. There's conduit and electrical wires with a couple outlets and light fixtures. 2 windows and a steel exterior door. New vinyl floor installed last year. Comes with window ac unit. Exterior has osb plywood and then old fence boards for the rustic look. Very solid structure. I've moved it several times you will need a flat bed tow truck or trailer with winch to move.
