Description
Hello! I would like to introduce you to my lovely Subaru Legacy!!! This car has been awesome and I really wish I could hold onto it but I do not have the tools to fix it sadly. First off let me get this out of the way, this car needs a new clutch. When I purchased the car about 2 years ago I was told it may need a new clutch soon and that day has come. I personally do not have the tools and know how to do a clutch on this car. BUT! I know there are people out there that can do this job in a few hours so I am hoping someone like that can come give this car new life! The second issue with the car is the handbrake. As pictured I have taken the cover off because the mechanism that locks the break into place is not working. As of now you can engage the handbrake but you have to do it manually by pulling it up and then setting the notch into place by hand. I have gotten quite used to this haha. The last issue is that there is a check engine light. This came on once the clutch wore out so I assume it has something todo with it. The car still drives and I start it every week and let it run to temp. I may take it to an autoparts store to get the code read and if I do I will update this posting. As you can see in the pictures this car has been taken care. As I can remember everything else works. I will now attempt to remember as many things that work off the top of my head. Headlights Brake lights Odometer Gas gauge Tachometer Power steering Heat Windows Locks Wipers I think AC just needs recharge It does come with a shift knob I just forgot to put it on when I took my custom one off. BRAND NEW FUCKING TIRES OF COURSE I PUT NEW TIRES ON RIGHT BEFORE THE CLUTCH GOES... They were 600$ :( but you will be :) Its also got a hoodscoop! That's not normal, I got it off of an Outback. Cool right? Also Look at those wheels! I cut off the muffler at some point so don't worry your enemies will hear the war cry as you charge them in your battlewagon! All in all I just want to see this car with new life. I really love it and hope to one day have another wagon that I can really put some money in when I am in a better place financially. How do you get it home? YOU CAN DRIVE IT! I might not recommend it, but I drove a Prelude with a hole in the floor and no exhaust all the way from Oregon once so I'm sure you will be fine. Tow it if you want or drive it if you know your manuals well. I have driven it from north Seattle to south and back so It can do some distance in its current state just don't expect to daily it until the clutch is figured out. Price is 1000 firm (maybe). Might be interested in trades for other vehicles so try me. Text the number I am usually doing something or forgot my phone somewhere. Email is fine as well. Thanks for reading!
