Selling my Milwaukee sawzall this thing is bad ass runs excellent and has never given me even the slightest issue. And it's all preference when it comes to using a battery powered or a corded one which i prefer corded only because typically when I'm using the sawzall it's because the project is a bigger one with bigger items whether it's wood, steel, thick plastic and well pretty much anything and the battery powered tends to lose power quicker than i like and i end up having to stop take the time to find another battery and plugging in the dead battery which may take 5 minutes but multiple times it ads up where as my corded one never loses power and allows me to continually make my cuts with out having to stop unless I'm changing the blade. This is priced to sell fast
