This has been a great futon. It is solid, wood, heavy, and very sturdy. It has a thick comfortable mattress. Two sides, as shown in the pictures have ripped on the cover to protect the mattress. 54” Deep X 82.5” Wide when open. In a home with dogs and cats . Dogs were not allowed on the futon. $175 OBO.
