I'm not sure what year this is. Pre-owned key wind pendulum. Westminter Chime. It does not come with key. On the front, it says New England Clock Company Farmington Connecticut Model#831. On the back inside, which I could not see very well, is a metal stamp. It looks like it says ,made in West Germany with the numbers 34 c20/11.17. This clock does not work. Could be a beautiful piece to add to your collection once fixed. It measures about 20 1/2" tall and about 12 1/2" wide and about 5 1/4" in width. Local pick-up only. The casting is in good condition.
