Tempted by the power the Sorcerer's hat could give him, Mickey became obsessed with it until one day could resist no longer. Like many before him his intentions started out pure but eventually he was not only corrupted by it's power but consumed by it. He began performing more and more spells for his own selfish gains until eventually the hats power darkened his soul.
