New 36v lithium battery 28ah pack upgrade( battery upgraded but Otherwise stock Charge port on top of gas tank plastic. That’s what the yellow thing is. Long run times of 2 plus hours Ready to ride. Comes with charger Needs nothing but a willing rider. If you buy a used razor bike at minimum you will need to install new batteries. A set of 12ah batteries is about 90$ but your kid will only be able to ride on a full charge for maybe 15-20 min before the power fades and needs charged for multiple hours. After that 1 ride its back to screen time. My battery is 28ah of lithium battery so when compared to lead acid ( junk stock batteries) the discharge curve is very flat, meaning the power is there until it dies. No long fade time is felt and the bike will go long after the kid is tired. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with battery issues and expense, buy this one.
