132 Piece Steel Necklace by “Werner Häring” Circa 1995, Very Rare One Of A Kind.

Rare “Werner Häring Stainless Steel Necklace. circa 1(contact info removed). This piece was made in Germany and is literally one of a kind. I have never seen another one in person or for sale, period. As far as I know this is one of the only ones out there. I have always been a fan of original items. I purchased this in late 1999 and I am heartbroken that I must part with it. Let me break down the technical parts of this rare one of a kind necklace. Essentially it is made up of 132 different pieces of steel and rubber. The pictures show the different parts. With the exception of the rubber washers that are nestled inside the tubes. There are 33 Tubes, 33 connectors that connect tube to tube. Inside each tube there is a rubber washer on both sides that keeps everything quiet and solid. Approx 4oz (112g) Very heavy piece of jewelry. Personally I have always had a love for heavy Steel Jewelry. and goes really well with a Panerai or Rolex watch, rare steel necklaces go well with thick steel watches. Every part is individuale. Essentially you can have one necklace (this is how I always wore it) or you can have a braclet and a necklace, multiple bracelets, etc. This can be considered a very versatile piece of jewelry. A bit about the creator: Self-taught, Pforzheim-based Werner Häring has created extravagant jewelry since 1985. Colorful mink pompoms decorate the rings and necklaces in the same-named collection, and the impressive jewelry items made of white or black feathers in combination with pearls, gemstones, leather or coral are certain eye catchers of the highest standards. Right from the start of his career, it has been Werner Häring's motto to avoid taking himself or his jewelry all too seriously.
