If I could give them zero stars, I would. I bought a truck from them three weeks ago. I was told it was in great condition with no issues, only minor cosmetic damage. I picked the truck up on a Monday and was excited. The next morning, the truck wouldn't start. I couldn't bring my son to school and couldn't go to work.

I contacted Jerry about it and told him I no longer wanted the truck because it wasn't working properly. He told me to bring it in Saturday and he would get it fixed and returned by the end of the day. Around 5 pm I texted him for an update and he said he never sent it in and he would do it Monday. I work near the shop and saw the truck in the lot every day. They never actually worked on it. They did drive it though because the gas level was lower than it was when I dropped it off.

He called the following Tuesday and said it was ready for pickup. My sister went to get it and said it was worse than before. "Engine power reduced" popped up when she was at the light about 15 min from home. They never contacted me about fixing it or anything. So I told them I didn't want it but they refused to pick it up.

The only time they would call was to ask for payment. I told them they could come get it because I didn't feel comfortable driving a car that wasn't reliable and trustworthy. I guess they didn't believe me. Whenever I spoke about fixing the truck or my deposit, I was left on read.

I would suggest nobody go to them. Con artist, scammers and thieves.

I honestly didn’t think this place was being legit, I was scrolling thru marketplace facebook looking for a new vehicle I could afford cash but then I came across JERRY, I asked if he would could approve my credit (I have not so happy go lucky credit) I’ve been thru a few vehicles and repos . Jerry responded quickly , he’s efficient he’s fast (he’s the manager) I sent him over my pay stubs and I’d andproof of address and he started working and crunching numbers , mind you I didn’t want a car I needed an suv or truck and so happens that they had an explorer 3rd row leather seats with captain chairs this thing was a sport , and loaded . At first I thought ok he’s just talking after getting so many denials with my credit and back ground I thought no way! He even worked with my down payment. If your looking for a vehicle please go to Jerry he will make it HAPPEN he was definitely god sent Ty S&J

I waited until AFTER I got my car inspected before writing this review (get an inspection prior to committing to any car) but i just want to say…THESE GUYS HAVE BLESSED ME!

I’ll be honest, I am a bad credit buyer with a repo and I was turned down EVERYWHERE. Understandable BUT these guys worked with me and worked with my budget and pulled strings to get me on the road in my nice car here.

It’s not a perfect car by any means, but it’s VERY nice and with issues that are easy to solve and fix. I was worried about the state of the car due to how easy the deal was but lo and behold….these guys were people of their word and got me into a BEAUTIFUL car i plan on keeping for a long time.

They didn’t tell me to write this review, this is all from my heart. Give these guys a shot. They worked with me, I’m sure they’ll try their best to work with you!

I’m so unbelievably upset, me and my mom went to go buy my car from these people and we had begged them not to give us something broken or a Lemon . Sadly, that was not the case the car they sold me has so many issues and even son that they are directly lied to my face about to list them out.
The AC compressor is broken despite the fact that I had asked if the AC worked and he said yes, the owner .
The bumper screws were so rusted that the bumper actually fell off .
The window still doesn’t work despite the fact that they had promised that they would fix it .
The check engine light keeps coming on and says that it’s an ignition coil needs to be replaced .
He sold the car to me with a large bubble on the tire whenever I took it to go get fixed the guy said that the tire was definitely going to explode.
He said he would give me a spare tire, but he did not.
The car was obviously in a wreck and he said nothing about it.
This is so unbelievably cruel to do to somebody for no reason at all besides just to get money. I honestly don’t even want the thing and I don’t know how anybody could smile in your face while selling you something like this.
Something that he said to us was that he would never sell a broken car to anybody because his customer see him face-to-face every day .

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We purchased a vehicle through their Buy Here Pay Here program and were told multiple times that it had been fully serviced and inspected, and that no mechanical issues were present. That turned out to be false.

Right after purchase, we began hearing loud engine noises. We asked them to change the oil or at least inspect it, but they kept insisting that it had already been done and refused to help. We finally had to change the oil ourselves, and it came out pitch black — clearly it had not been serviced at all. This vehicle was unsafe to drive, and our concerns were completely dismissed.

They also had to jump-start the car just for us to test drive it — and when we pointed out issues immediately after, we were told “everything’s already fixed” over and over again. It was all talk, no action.

We have documented everything and will be filing formal complaints with the Texas DMV and the Attorney General under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Just because a car is sold “as-is” doesn’t give a dealership the right to lie about repairs or ignore safety issues. This dealership took our money and left us with a car that was not roadworthy.
