96 coachman with title new tires and rims greased wheel bearings new light bulbs all the way around new water lines for sink and water storage cleaned new floor and other Stuff was redone as well 2 small small tears in canvas that have been fixed with canvas patch screens have no rips stove also works inside or outside and is clean has a new regulator also. the pop up has a winch that lifts It up and down and goes up and down pretty quick with no hard work no ac but we have a setup to put a window unit on and it’s pretty cold and we use a space heater plug it into the outlets (heater included) beds are full size and have memory foam on top of mattresses does not leak roof was re sealed the battery is brand new as well the inside was complete redone as well just trying to get something bigger only reason for selling mini fridge that fits on counter that’s black will go along with it also and so will the step and the tv as well
