The most concerning aspect is that the dealer openly acknowledges selling vehicles without being certain of their condition. This situation is akin to purchasing from a private seller; however, the distinction lies in the additional costs incurred—namely taxes, the commission of an unprofessional seller, and insurance that offers no real protection. Ultimately, you might find yourself spending an extra $3,000 without receiving any value in return. I urge you to reconsider before making a purchase here—take heed of my experience.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership.
I called to inquire about a vehicle and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. After finally speaking with someone and going over the exact vehicle I was interested in—one I planned to purchase outright in cash—I was told they would call me back. It’s been two days. No call.

When I followed up, the woman who answered was incredibly rude and actually hung up on me—twice. It’s as if they’re allergic to making a sale.

I later read online reviews and discovered that they reportedly add a hidden $2,000 fee that they refuse to disclose over the phone. When I asked for the full out-the-door price, they dodged the question—now I see why. This place is shady, disrespectful, and clearly not interested in transparency or professionalism.
