It has a brand new starter I replace the generator and stator on the bike it will need a new battery I have the old one but it's no good and we'll need to replace the choke cable other than that it's a wonderful bike I recently emptied the old gas in it so that you won't try to attempt to turn it on with oldl gas because then you will have a problem turning it over because you have to have good gas the blinkers need work and it needs a horn but it's a wonderful bike I have the title on hand prices negotiable my number is (contact info removed) as for Jeff
