They feature Euro-style clips and push-pin adjustments, to help adjust the hand grips for a personalized fit. Durable underarm pads and hand grips are also comfortable, and the non-skid, jumbo-sized tips help provide traction. Adjustable Height and Hand Grip Heights Height of crutches adjusts to fit individuals 4' 7" to 6' 7" tall Excellent Non-skid Traction Crutch tips are jumbo-sized and vinyl contoured Crutch Fitting Guide Step 1: Remove crutches from box and insert A into B. Step 2: Pull out the red plastic pieces on each side of the grip, slide the grip down and leave it there until you complete steps 3 and 4. Step 3: Find your height range on the upper part of the crutch and pull out the top of the crutch into the correct range. Default position is 47" - 5' 2" so no need to adjust this part if this is your height range. Tip: To slide the top of the crutch out, press on one of the push buttons and then push up with your other hand below the arm pad. This will cause the push button to go in. While still pushing on the top of the crutch, quickly press the push button on the opposite side. Now you will be able to slide the top part freely. Step 4: Find your exact height on the bottom of the crutch and slide the push button into the correct spot. Step 5: Adjust handgrip so that when using the crutch there is a slight bend at your elbow (approximately 10 degrees). Pull the handgrip up to a desired height and snap the red pieces into appropriate hole.
