Used last two summers. Cools my whole living area (900 sq ft house). Cools kitchen and living room, and one of the bedrooms with ease. Syncs with phone, programmable, and has a half chewed up remote (dog got it, but you can reorder but won’t need it). I replaced it with a mini split, so I don’t need this unit. 20 x 20 x 15
