I think this is 3 10x20 sheds that were made into an offgrid house but with poor craftsmanship. Theres enough materials here to build a 300+ square foot house with the exception of roofing shingles, insulation and misc. Items like outlets, some romex and idk... small stuff. Everything is here if youre able to rebuild with power. There might be a water pump but idk. You tear down and haul all within reason. 3 of the 4 sheds seem to be well intact. One has carpenter ants in the roof. Washer, dryer, friedge, gas stove, tub, toilet, breaker, water storage container, water heater, wiring... Take it all. Will expect some negotion on terms. Will of course need the means to transport--truck trailer Heads up... I DO NOT do well with poor communication. If you can't communicate, you can't follow through. If you want to come take a look, do so. If you're interested after that and you can't send simple text if running behind, you're out. I don't NEED to get this gone. I'm offering this as a convenience for me and to someone that can see the value. I'm not looking for someone who thinks they're doing me a favor. It's a mutual benefit.
