Description

This is the Hershey’s Desert Bar made for the conflict in the southwestern Asia theater in 1(contact info removed). The bar was made to be able to withstand temperatures of 140°. The production was limited to 144,000 units. Most made it to the war, but the leftovers were packaged and branded for sale to the civilian market. This is a rare and desirable item for collectors of militaria as well as candy.
