Tag in good condition, see photos Style #4200 PVC pellets Errors include: Birthday 12-25-96 making him a 1996 Teddy (very rare) Black eyes and brown nose (very rare) No comma between Oakbrook and IL on both tags and ear tag has period after IL instead of comma. (Rare) SMOKE FREE HOME! No stamp on tush tag meaning not mass produced (very rare) Red star on tush tag which is not supposed to be used with PVC pellets (very rare) Tush tag has both Reg. No PA and 1965 (KR) meaning part of Korean market (very rare) PVC pellets (extremely rare)
