It inflates at the top with “pump action” so it can adjust to your size. Helps with weight bearing and structure alignment. Incredible. This healing boot was the only thing the doctors sold me that actually worked!! I paid out the wazoo for crutches, compression socks, and ankle brace—the list goes on, but this boot was worth every penny. They charged me $100+ I sustained a foot injury and lived in Manhattan. Needless to say I didn’t get out much so I didn’t use this all that much.
