Let it say we are selling our 1998 Mesa by Coleman pop-up tent trailer 10 feet closed 24 foot open sleeps 10 adults.. two large king befs on both ends has fridge sink, hot water,tank and furnace heater, propane tank, and battery included . trailer is extremely clean in and out hardly been used very low miles on it been covered most of its life when not in use everything does work .non-smoker no pets. Has a dining table that easily folds away and make into a bed.. has lots of storage space has lots of outlets for electrical components . Tires are like new less than 100 miles on them.. like I said, it’s extremely clean ready to camp or sleep I have clean Washington state title on hand . PS, it has a built-in stabilizing jacks. It’s very light can be towed with a car like a Subaru. Small jeep any mini truck or mini van E.C.T will pull it. Witt no problem “ it weighs about less then 1400lb empty 1700 full, including gear goes up and down very easy and smooth. Takes about seven minutes to set it up less than five minutes to pack it up.
