After 2 days of visiting multiple dealerships, we happened upon Bill Luke where we were warmly greeted by Amber! Going in frustrated but knowing what I wanted and not willing to compromise on certain things, especially my budget, Amber understood that and was amazing at her job! She knows her sh!t about the vehicles she works with and didn’t stray from our price range! She explained everything in great detail and walked us through the whole process and made it seamless! After the test drive comes the buying process, which nobody likes, but she made it great! I hope Amber sees this and girl if I live closer to you, I would love to hang out and buy you a drink! My husband and I walked in as first-time buyers. We met with Summer. Initially, he was friendly and helpful with helping us buy a truck. We didn't really know much about financing or anything like that, especially not as first-time buyers, so we really looked to him for guidance. Once we had decided on a truck that we liked, he started running the numbers and looking into our credit histories. As first-time buyers, he said we had one of two options:  either come with a co-signer who makes 'good money' or pay $25k down. We mentioned bringing in my daughter, who has really good credit, is paying for 2 cars, and has a mortgage. Summer asked what my daughter's profession was, and when I mentioned that she was a teacher, he said "they don't make enough money to qualify." The truck was $53k after taxes. We asked for a used truck and he said it would be the same thing. We ended up leaving this dealership. I think he was trying to be helpful in telling us that teachers don't make enough money to qualify, but it comes across as rude/unhelpful, and did not help us consider any other options. We ended up going to a completely different dealership where they did help us find a truck and were much more helpful as far as financing.
