We went to SF MOTORS in Houston to purchase a car for our daughter.  When we got there we met Sid the owner. He was very nice and knowledgeable about all of the cars. He made the purchase process easy and hassle free. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Sid answered all of our questions so that we had no worries. The establishment was clean and professional. I would recommend SF MOTORS for your next used car purchase. They have nice quality cars at an affordable price.

I was waiting til i actually got home and drive to get a real feel of the car . I only gave 4 stars because i didn’t ask what was mechanically wrong with it and he told me no . . ( i was getting the car regardless ) But the check engine light came on after riding around about 1 hour . It’s not a big deal because it’s an easy fix . Exhaust gasket needs to be replaced.  But for the price this is a really good car ! Other than that it runs good , ac works . I mean it’s a used card so lil minor things are to be expected. And it’s really all cosmetic besides that . I love the car i love the experience i had there . They’re waiting on a part to finish working in my door and window . So Friday I’ll go back up there to get that fixed . They were assuring . I think i worked with Sid . He was really nice. ! If it wasn’t for that small thing i honestly would’ve given them 5 stars . Overall im satisfied and happy with the service and vehicle i choose !

SCAMMERS!! DO NOT BUY ! Do NOT believe the good reviews on here ! After purchasing your vehicle they ask you to write a good review for them just to make it seem like they are a great dealership place but they are SCAMMERS! I wrote a great review after purchasing my vehicle with them ONLY because they are really pushy about the review however, I have now deleted my old review because I don’t want anyone else to get SCAM. Because it’s been over 90 days & I still have NOT received my title & registration which I paid an additional $85 ! which should have only taken about 30-60 days for it to come in through the mail according to DMV. DMV told me to file a complaint so they can investigate & get this place SHUT DOWN ! Which I did. Now it’s a lot of running around with the DMV & my local tax county office just to finally get my title & registrations. I had to file for a Title Bond & Surety Bondy just to resolve all this which cost me $400.
***PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE***

Great personality and good communication until the car started having problems, transmission was out causing the car to go down the same day and even with the insurance they provided is costing me more to get the car fixed then it cost to purchase the car. And when trying to get in contact with the owner who I bought it from to fix it I was meet with a lot of promises and things he said he will do but no results came from anything and did not help after purchase at all like he said he would.( replying to why the owner replied to me , While it is true with the warranty I have had to pay 4850 for the transmission inspection and fixing costing me more then the car which was 4000 and like you said your lack of effort to get my car taken back to your shop telling you were aware of the issue that you did not tell me at purchase stating everything was fine and knew you wouldn’t be able to fix it

Alex did an amazing job helping my grandma and I quickly and got us in a car same day for an amazing price at that. It beat any other price for a used car. Highly recommend going here and asking for Alex to help you with your new ride!
