Calling this place a chop shop would be a compliment. Tried to sell my friend an overpriced death trap in desperate need of an oil change. Mold on the seatbelts during her test drive (in which the brakes almost failed on the man showing her the car) permanently damaged her $300 hoodie. Not so much as an apology. They probably weren’t aware it was designer as they seemed oblivious and joked about trading their $20 secondhand polyester barf colored jacket with her. They tried to charge over 1k more than what they listed the car as. Despite numerous unlisted issues making themselves known within two minutes of seeing the car. The front end warping and damage made the car obviously dangerous to sell (I’ve seen a lot of this particular sedan but never one where the front wheels and tires were under the MIDDLE of the car). They don’t care if what they sell you breaks down a foot off their property, they’re just trying to take advantage of customers and make a quick buck.

Hopefully someone sues them. Maybe then they’d take customer care seriously.

I would have to say this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car, the salesman was very friendly, informative and not pushy at all. He showed us a number of cars. The entire team we spoke to were very friendly and it was a very nice place to buy a car. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. We will probably buy another car from them in the future. Thank you so much for your professional attitude. The whole process was better than it has ever been before.
