Pretty much brand new. This set up great for chest press and shoulder press The arms can move as one or independently with a heavy weight capacity per arm. The bench can be declined to 90 degrees. The back pad also adjust back and forth for perfect hand placement to lever arms. The bench is able to be secured to the lever gym so you don't get any movement High and low pulley are a 1:1 ratio great for back and arms. Additional attachments that mount to the bench Chest fly and leg curl/extension In my opinion I think this an awesome piece of equipment I'm selling it for another piece of equipment.
