DON'T USE THE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE COMPLETE LIARS WITH A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!
I used TURO service from this company, and the entire experience was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

The car they gave me was dirty, and their return instructions were extremely confusing.
On top of that, their communication and customer support were shockingly bad and incredibly rude.

They gave me a car key that was almost out of battery.
It took us over an hour in freezing, windy weather -- with police spotlights on us -- just to figure out how to open the car door. When I contacted them for help, their only response was, "You should watch YouTube videos, with some not working solutions" and shrugged it off saying, "Things happen." Absolutely rude to customer.

They trap you with fake promises to force a 5-star review.
They promised me 5 stars and a coupon if I rated them 5 stars -- but after I kept my end of the deal, they turned around and gave me 1 star anyway, broke every promise, and humiliated me when I tried to argue why they lied.

This company is dishonest, disrespectful, and completely untrustworthy.
Save yourself the stress and STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!

I used TURO service from this company, and the whole experience was EXTREMELY bad.

They will give customers 1 star even when it's their fault:
When I returned the car, I took a photo of where I parked it and where I placed the key, and sent it to them for verification. Since their return instruction is super hard to inderstadn. They simply replied "Thank you" without mentioning any issues. However, the next day, they sent me a long message complaining about how I parked incorrectly, with a very bad attitude, and gave me 1 star.

They are complete liars. They promised to give me 5 stars and coupon if I gave them 5 stars. I gave them 5 stars, but they still gave me 1 star and no coupon, even though it was their fault for not correcting me when I asked for verification. Instead, they complained very rudely when I ask why they lie to me and give me 1 star.
