If you can see it, within this pile of parts and pieces, is a beautiful 80 gallon offset smoker. There’s a lot of work still to do, but my vision can become the epicenter of your next backyard BBQ. Was originally one of those arrow board trailers. I tossed the arrow board and now it just the steel frame with a temporary wood platform to carry the parts in the meantime.
