Dell OptiPlex 7070 SFF – AS-IS / For Parts or Repair What I tested: • PSU light on the back turns solid green when plugged in (see photo). • CPU & case fans spin and stay on (see photo). • No video from HDMI (DisplayPort untested). • Removed all RAM → no beep codes or diagnostic LEDs. My diagnosis: Likely a failed motherboard. Other parts (CPU, RAM, PSU, fans, HDD) may still be good, but I haven’t tested them individually. What’s included: • Complete OptiPlex 7070 Small Form Factor chassis • Installed CPU, DDR4 RAM, Dell SFF PSU, heatsink, and case fans. • Storage: Seagate SATA hard drive in factory bay (capacity unknown, assumed wiped/blank). • Side panels and all internal cables (see photos) Great for: • Donor parts (DDR4 RAM, 8th/9th-gen Intel CPU, PSU, fans, case) • Swapping in another 7070 motherboard → Electronics / IT repair practice Will try to respond to any messages ASAP.
