I was looking for a nice luxury SUV and I was driving in Houston and saw this place with lots of great signage on the building. They had great looking used vehicles. I pulled up and was met by a friendly salesman named Edwin who was very helpful. What I liked most is that he let me buy a car instead of trying to sell me a car. The buying process was easy and Edwin operated with total transparency explaining their process so there were no surprises, in fact his manager was very helpful in accommodating the budget I had in mind. Francisco was the sales person that helped me purchase my vehicle. I called to make sure they still had the vehicle in stock and went that same day to look at it once it was confirmed. There were a couple of problems (ac not blowing cold air and alignment was off). They told me they’d take care of it and it would be ready in a few days. Picked it up 6 days later and everything was fixed on top of them doing a full service on the vehicle and other little things I noticed. Was very happy and impressed as to how THEY want to do any repairs before selling their cars. Will definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check out Auto Union LTD! Service was unmatched!

Amazing experience I love the vehicle and the payment terms, Francisco was a great salesman and has even checked up me and the vehicle months after purchase.

Weigh place to really buy if you want to spend every day calling to report a problem of your vehicle and not be helped buy here the secretaries are bitter sincerely I do not recommend this place
