When my horn unexpectedly stopped functioning, I anticipated a straightforward fix; however, it became clear that both the horn and electrical system required replacement. I met Chester and Marcell 2 years ago! I took my car into the local VW dealership for repair. I was in shock ! I was in need of significant repair ( I thought) . I had no clue what to do. My neighbor (Chris) referred me to Chester and Marcell. After a complete  diagnostic inspection and testing , I discovered the dealership misdiagnosed the issue. The total cost  of the replacement  of timing  chain kit charged separately!! Chester suggested first steps , a complete tune up .  This turned out to be exactly what I needed. My car hadn't performed  this well since i purchased  it. I walked away with a short  list of repairs that can be complete over time.  They saved me the frustration of wasted time and money on a  huge misdiagnosed repair bill! I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Carcraft of Orland Park. We had an issue with our vehicle, and were looking for reliable Repair Shop to diagnose and repair the issue. After doing some research we contacted Carcraft, and were able to bring our vehicle in right away. This is a professional shop and everything looks organized. The office is clean. Kind of place where you bring your car and you feel good about it. The great thing is they offer Loaners at very reasonable prices, and offer Towing services. The best part is Chester and his crew. Friendly and outgoing people, and very professional. When you talk to Chester you get a feeling that you can trust this guy and leave your car in good hands. The repair was very reasonably priced and they did not try to sell us on imaginary repair needs like other places do. Just told us what else needed to be done urgently and I agreed with it. Very happy with all the repairs, the convenience of having a great Loaner vehicle for our use. It was great meeting and interacting with Chester. Save yourself from getting ripped off somewhere else and take your vehicle to a professional, one stop shop for all your vehicle needs, and take your car to honest Repair Professional. I’ve had some issues with suspension in my Audi. My car spent there 4 days but those guys fixed any problem I’ve had and found some more that other shops did not (they stated it’s ok). Prices were reasonable , every repair was consulted with me beforehand. Very good communication with the shop. They recommended additional service and did bot try to upsell me when declined.
