Every controller is purchased new and never used. From there we customize every aspect down to the pairing button. Customization includes; housing (front/back), side rails, bumpers, triggers, ABXY buttons, Dpad, analog sticks and Xbox home button color (in needed). On every controller the analog sticks and Dpad are aluminum. Once more these are brand new and have been tested to ensure no glitches occur.
