Jianshe js250

I'm not really sure what it is but my guess is it's a jianshe js 250? Not sure of model or year I just listed one, but is 2 wheel drive. Definitely a project atv, previous owner cut a bunch of wires and not sure where they all go, it will run but does not currently due to the plastic piece inside the pull rope assembly broke so it won't wind back up you can get the whole assembly for around $125 I believe maybe cheaper, it has a ignition/light switch but all the buttons are missing from it and has a winch but doesn't work which is how I bought it. The only part thats been replaced on it so far was the carburetor and was lucky to find it. And the last pic shows it has a hole in the rear plastic, again how you see it is how I bought it. I got it as a project, but don't have the time to mess with it also have video of it running if interested. Price is $600 obo, thanks for looking
