Paid three hundred for brand new but it has set in storage for a couple months and I sat a bin on top of it. There are no tears On the chair. The heavy item I sat on It left a noticeable imprint and my wife no longer wants the chair. Willing to let it go for sixty bucks. Great deal great chair. Pick up only at storage facility in Lakewood. Price is negotiable open to trades
