New wheels and tires, 3rd owner I know the history of the trailer and has only been used 3 times. First owner bought it to travel to his mom’s house and have somewhere to sleep but ended up getting enlisted in the army and it sat for some years till he sold it to second owner. 2nd owner used it travel to Wyoming 2 times and wanted to sell it because they got dogs and they wouldn’t fit. No damage, wheel bearings have zert fittings for grease service.
