If I could give it no stars I would. I got a ford escape from there and have have it 2 months. Engine light is on and and it's over heating. There are other problems that popped up right after i got it. Ridiculous that they can sell vehicles that break fast.

Edit. Yall "fixed" it once. I did bring it to you and it's still messed up.  As for earlier post..I don't see one..? 😒 I gave a 2 star now because you "tried" to fix it.

On 4/28/25 I took my wife to pick out a car.  She did and it was promised to her by 5/2. Did we get to test drive it? No.did they bother to call us on the second? No. They then promised it on 5/3. It wasn't ready. Did they bother to call us again? No. On 5/5 I called I wasn't driving there again. Meanwhile a need for a car arose so I got one. All of the 5th went by with no calls, I called on the 6th to let them know I no longer had a need for a car.  I was polite but to the point.  The name risen is taken from the biblical sense but they are not biblical people at all. If you go there you take your own into your own hands.

I went there looking for a vehicle and I talked to Logan, a great guy. I couldn't find anything there so he sent me to Canastota to their other dealership where they sell a few cars, I talked to Jason, I found one and bought a 2013 Ford Edge Sport, and absolutely beautiful SUV. Jason went above and beyond for us and my dog, I needed quite a bit fixed, it was all done. If you need a vehicle don't look any further then Jason, extremely highly recommended!!! Thanks again, except horrible service department!!!

I've talked to nine people other than myself, one of them had a fantastic experience.  Every other person has had nothing but issues with their vehicles here including myself.   Buy at your own risk.
