Hi there, this is my used Tempur-Pedic chair. It is extremely ergonomic and there are levers to adjust literally everything- lumbar, armrests, recline, height.... I would say I have used it on average once a week for the past four years. (for the past 16 months, maybe twice). Moving places, and cannot fit this in my new place, so come get it!
