Description

This Shen SB80 3/4 double bass has been with me for nearly ten years. It’s more than just an instrument. it helped me earn two music scholarships and a spot in the youth symphony. I’ve taken better care of this bass than I have of myself some years. It’s always been stored properly, regularly maintained, and played with care. Details: • Upgraded bridge for better tone and setup • Helicore strings warm, clear, and easy on the hands • Wolf tone eliminated on the A string • Includes a German bow • Comes with a padded gig bag • Also includes a foldable music stand and possibly some sheet music to get you started The only reason I’m parting with it is because I’ve finally been able to afford the bass of my dreams, and I’d rather see this one in the hands of someone who’ll use it than let it sit unplayed.
