This is a very comfortable couch, too big for our new place. All of our guest love it. Normal use. Easy to clean. The pull out bed size is full. 2-3 people to move it out one set of stairs. It is 3 pieces, the longer side has to be take out through the balcony, but it’s not that heigh up. Message me with questions.
