Can be remain a steady color or alternate color. *Comes with a remote control. Currently is not working- most likely needs new batteries *Has a hidden panel on the unit where you can turn the fireplace on/off and change colors etc on the unit * It is electrical- plug in * BONUS: I am adding in free Samsung sound bar. Never been used Original price was $2000 + assembly. Like new. I purchased and moved out of area for a time so it was barely used.
