Selling a window AC unit for $100 OBO. Full price takes priority over OBO. I’m the original owner and purchased it from Costco in Summer 2023. It was used for about a summer and a half, works great, and includes all original parts and accessories. I’m selling it because my new HOA doesn’t allow window A/C units. It can also be controlled with a mobile app for convenient remote on/off access. It was used in my baby’s nursery and has been well cared for in a clean, smoke-free home.
