1988 5th Wheel Trailer

28-foot 5th wheel trailer. It is tarped due to sun damaged air vent covers and original roof ac needing to be weather sealed. The vents and sealing should be easy fixes as I've done them before myself. There is a portable ac window unit as seen in the pictures that works. Last time I checked, the water heater works but there's a trick to it. Lights work. Microwave and stove work. The original fridge does not work, but there is a mini fridge inside it that does. Lots of storage! I bought it about 10 years ago, and I put in quite a bit of work (roof sealing, carpet, walls, fixtures, entertainment center/bookcase, upholstery, paint, curtains, toilet, kitchen faucet, tiles, plumbing, etc. My mother lived in it for several years. It never moved from my driveway once I parked it, so I never registered it. As soon as I find the registration, I will update with the correct year. This is a great and fun project for the price. I thoroughly enjoyed what I did to it but it's done it's job for me and my family, and it's time to let it go. Smoke and pet free. Near SDSU. P.S. I don't have a 5th wheel truck to move it.
