Check out this rare movado triple date moonphase Watch Circa 1980s. The dial is in very good condition, and the case is good with just slight wear on the high spots of the lugs and the thin bezel. The bezel is gold plated with a stainless steel case back. The dial has gilt roman numerals that do catch the light nicely, and has a day, month and Moon phase subdial. The date is indicated on the outside dial. Crystal has a few very faint scuffs. Band is original and is made of alligator leather. Ref. 87-03-882. Sold as is. Quartz is the ideal power source for a triple calendar watch with moonphase. It means you don’t have to continually have to reset the date and phase of the moon, while wearing this in rotation with other watches. If you do need to reset the watch then you can pull the crown to the first click, turn it clockwise to set the date and month, and anti clockwise to quick set the moon phase.
