2012 Cougar by Keystone model 293 SAB with Polar Pack 5th Wheel Bunkhouse. Sleeps 4 with a couch that folds out with a queen air-mattress. The trailer has been remodeled from its original layout. There is no longer a permanent dinette but a removable table with 4 folding chairs. The second bathroom in the rear of the trailer has been removed and converted to a laundry area with hook ups and storage space. The living/dining carpet was replaced with laminate flooring. A/C. The front bedroom has a queen with a gel mattress topper on the queen mattress with tons of storage under the bed. Tankless hot water heater with on demand, endless hot water. Trailer comes fully loaded with all bedding and supplies ready to go camping. Also has tripod for the tongue of the 5th wheel hitch base to rest on for extra stability when parked. Included are 2 stabilizer jacks that fit under the main living/dining slide out. 9,115 dry weight. 29’ long. Has an extendable rack on the back hitch to haul bikes or a generator, etc. Smoke free. Always stored undercover. We are the second owners and have the title in hand. Possible improvements that could be made to the trailer but we are selling AS IS: There is a tear in the awning on the rear end of the automatic electric awning from when the motor died and we had to rope it down to travel home and it flapped in the wind. The awning now has a new motor but unfortunately there is a tear in it about 1.5 feet long up against the trailer, at the rear when the awning is fully extended. The bummer was we had just replaced the awning cover with brand new fabric too. It doesn’t affect the functionality and use of the awning though. The second item to note is the flooring in the kitchen has a few tares in the linoleum from where the slide out rollers move in and out. We replaced the dining and living flooring but did not replace the kitchen flooring, it was a job my husband was not comfortably confident in tackling. We use two rug runners down the inside that cover the tares and they are not even noticed. It may be a project the future owner desires to pursue, we just decided we were not going to do it. Lastly, we were camping at a golf course several years ago and the back of the trailer was struck by a golf ball leaving a perfect indentation in the exterior fiberglass manufacturing. It is extremely minimal and covered by duct tape. It has never leaked or caused any problems. There are absolutely no leaks and the unit has never been damaged or in an accident. I have all the original paperwork/manuals for the trailer as well. This has been a great trailer for us, we’ve loved it, we just don’t use it enough anymore. Trailer is currently winterized from the past season. Located in Puyallup off of 106th & Woodland Ave. $13,750 obo Not interested in trades.
