2022 Salem hemisphere 270FKS. 1 owner, clean title Title in hand. 33' long over all length. 27 living space. Heated underbelly Wife and I bought this trailer brand new in 2022. Have lived in it for four years with two kids and a small dog. Trailer was towed home 55 miles from the dealership and parked. Hasn't moved since. We've since bought a house with no room to store this which is why we're selling. This trailer has been LIVED so there are scratches, scrapes, little stains etc. DISCLOSURE 1. Awning needs to be replaced. Snow ripped the other one so took it off. 2.bathroom water pump needs a hose crimp as it started dripping water during use. 3.shower floor pan has a crack in it. The crack is patched and functions well, but it looks gross. This trailer is ready to go camping as is! These are just things that need to be addressed in good time. We're asking $25,000 for now. OR BEST OFFER! Please ask questions or shoot me an offer. Worse we can say is no!
